  ordered food in the drive thru, got home and found a hair in my food. at least if your going to sell food to people make sure your hair up and not everywhere. had to throw away my food because of that.

  Without the Kpop Demon Hunters and Super Mario Galaxy collaborations, I would’ve given this place one star. The quality and service here are honestly disappointing. I rarely come to this McDonald’s, but I made an exception for those collaborations. I placed a “to go” order at the kiosk, but no receipt was printed, so I had to rely on memory for what I ordered. The experience only went downhill from there. One of the female staff members who handled my order had a very poor attitude from the start. My drinks came out first, but there were no straws, so I had to ask for them. Not a huge issue, but it’s basic attention to detail. While waiting for my Super Mario Happy Meal, I noticed the same staff member holding it and staring at the screen in the back for several minutes. When she finally turned around, she looked almost surprised and handed it to me without saying anything—no apology, no acknowledgment of the delay. When I asked about my two burgers, she took the Happy Meal back without explaining anything, opened the box, and showed me that the burgers were inside, then handed it back to me without even closing it. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. The final issue was when I asked for a paper bag for my “to go” order—something that should’ve been included in the first place. She rolled her eyes and gave me attitude just for asking. For the quality of the food and the service I received, it was not worth almost $30. The only positives were the Kpop Demon Hunters cards and the Super Mario Galaxy toy, which were the main reason I came in the first place. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. There’s a huge lack of basic service and organization. I really hope management takes this seriously and works on improving both staff behavior and overall customer experience.

  I ordered two chicken nuggets happy meals when I got home no nuggets was in either box . I couldn't go back so I had no choice to get in contact so I just left it

  Don’t put last call for breakfast at 11:29am if you don’t honor orders placed before 11:29am. Some people aren’t tech savvy and they may be on the app since 11:15am trying to place their mobile orders and by the time they pay for it it’s 11:28am. It’s still before 11:29am and to refuse is just wrong. Didn’t even tell us they can’t make the breakfast when we were confirming our mobile order at the menu area. They waited till we went up to pick up the food to tell us they’re not making it anymore. What a waste of time and ridiculous.

  I have had the pleasure of seeing this McDonald's grow from back in the day on the neighborhood. But it's a crapshoot at the drovetjeouy. The order is always taken correctly but you better check your bag. I understand from working in retail it's a fast paced Environment, but a quick double check is not gonna hurt.
