Every time I order a Frappe, I never get a straw, and no one is ever available to answer the phone. My order today was missing one of the hash browns. It's always something. I only order from this location because it's close to my job. Today was the last straw.

It's usually very busy because of its location and it's small and tight in the front (they do have a back area). People are everywhere especially in the front, the kiosks take up a lot of room in the front and so does Uber eats, seamless, grub hub deliverers so if you are eating in the front people are just all over you and your food and I find that unsanitary. Their location is in a great spot because it is located underneath the Manhattan Marcy Ave. J and M train, across the street from the Williamsburg Bridge bus plaza, and not to far from Uncommon Williamsburg Middle School and Success Academy Williamsburg elementary school. This is probably why this McDonalds stays busy and packed. A plus is that the Ice cream machine actually works 🙂.
