  I placed an order, but the store couldn’t fulfill it. Since they already accepted the order, I can’t cancel it on my end (they asked me to cancel it on my end) Instead of fixing it, they told me to contact my bank myself to get the charge reversed.

  I’m extremely disappointed with this order. I placed it through Uber Eats and drove past the location around the same time — it wasn’t busy at all. So I’m confused as to why my food was rushed and poorly prepared. My burger was visibly undercooked and pink in the center. The nuggets were dry and hard, the sliders were cold and overly salty, and my drink was completely watered down. There was no reason for this level of carelessness, especially when the restaurant wasn’t crowded. This was a waste of money and honestly a food safety concern. Please check your food before leaving this location.
