  They used to be good, but now they don't always make mistakes with my order. I went to the shop yesterday and waited twenty minutes for a salad, but there was too much sauce. I like the place and the food, but the staff are unprofessional and careless.

  When I arrived to pickup, the preparer was still working on my order, which is fine since it looks like he was the only working. When he handed me my order, he said you can grab your water from the fridge. When I got home and unpacked, I first noticed I was missing the three “extra” white sauces. I immediately called to let them know. The person on the other end apologized and offered to provide the three sauces next time I order. I wasn’t going to drive back to pickup the three white sauces. As we started eating, it dawned upon me that I wasn't even given a choice for the drink that was supposed to come with two of my orders and on top of that I’m missing an order of the fries. I’d ordered 7 meals (two of which comes with fries and drink) and 3 “extra” white sauce. I didn’t tell them about the water and the missing fries because I realized it after I’d already called. Nonetheless the ordering experience sucked for me. AND I even gave them tip when I ordered. I don’t think I’ll be going back. The chicken , rice, lamb, white sauce was ok. It wasn't that spectacular to overcome the poor service I got. There's nothing worse than grabbing takeout and things go missing.
