  I haven’t been to a Hagen Dazs in a while and wanted to try some samples of flavors I haven’t had before (which was around 7) but they told me I could only have two samples at a time. Whilst I was going to buy something after finding what would’ve been the perfect flavors to mix I realized I could go to van lewen down the street where they let me try as many flavors as I’d like along with free toppings on Tuesdays. I would like to know how multiples of an ice cream sample that are equivalent to the size of a penny will make you go out of business. Please reconsider the small annoyances and limitations you set on yourselves & stop attempting to be such a money grab. Theres already enough money grab companies. Atleast be cool with it. This use to be a nice place.

  I recently visited Häagen-Dazs, and it was absolutely the spot for a sweet treat. The atmosphere was inviting, and the quality of the ice cream was top-notch. Even though I didn’t note a specific favorite flavor this time, every scoop tasted rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The staff was friendly and the service was fast, making the experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, I would give Häagen-Dazs a solid 5 stars for delivering a consistently delicious and satisfying experience.

  Can't believe this is the first one. It just looks like any other Häagen-Dazs. They should make it look a bit more special! Still yummy, tho so I don't know why I'm complaining

  I ordered via Uber Eats a couple days ago. I finally had time to relax and eat my Rum Raisin ice cream that I was truly looking forward to, only to find out that they didn’t give me what I asked for. 85% of the container was packed with chocolate(I hate chocolate )chip ice cream and the remaining 15% with rum raisin. Tried calling the restaurant, no answer. That’s just disgusting behavior honestly. Disappointed and angry can’t even explain the feeling when you’re looking forward to something. Never again
