The bottle of Coke was missing, the bun was wrong, and both burger buns were completely burnt, dry, and impossible to eat. I spoke with the store manager, and although he was polite and apologized, the fact that he did not offer a refund or any way to correct the order was completely unprofessional. I do not understand how this could be treated as Uber Eats’ responsibility when the order was prepared incorrectly, items were missing, and the food was cooked so poorly and presented so sloppily. This was a terrible experience with Five Guys.

The order took a very long time to arrive. When it finally came, the bottle of Coke was missing, the bun was wrong—they gave me a sesame bun instead of the plain bun I specifically requested—and both burger buns were completely burnt, dry, and impossible to eat. I spoke with the store manager, and he apologized but told me I would have to contact Uber Eats. I do not understand how this is Uber Eats’ responsibility when the order was prepared incorrectly, items were missing, and the food was cooked so poorly and presented so sloppily. This was a terrible experience with Five Guys. They clearly are not hiring the right people or properly training their staff in customer service or food preparation. I had a very busy day at the office and was unable to go to the store myself, which made the situation even more frustrating.
