I used to go to the Flatbush Avenue location, but since this one opened, it's been much better. Sometimes mistakes happen, like forgetting a drink, but they have no problem resolving the issue. A vast improvement to the other location near church avenue.

Ordered grubhub. 15 piece combo with 8 lemon pepper wings and 7 garlic parmesan boneless tenders, one Diet Coke, and one Powerade. First of all, the order took 1 hour and 20 minutes. Second of all the drink were NOT taped over. There was ranch spilled all over the bag. And I didn’t even get my correct order. I received 5 lemon pepper tenders and two diet cokes instead of my order. When I called the restaurant to confront them over these horrendous mistakes, the person on the phone asked me to either purchase a ranch so they would send me the full correct order or to come to the store. As if I didn’t already wait 1 hour 20 minutes for my order. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. ORDER FROM THE SUNDET PARK LOCATION INSTEAD.

Cool that this location is open but there needs to be some redirection and staff changes immediately. It’s a shame that there’s such a high unemployment rate and some who are fortunate to work, act as if they don’t want to do their job.
The one girl at the counter lacks severe customer service. She ignores guests, didn’t help to bring the line down and took her time with every order.
Another girl wore no gloves and I watched as she made fries in the back. She came up a few times to text on her phone while the lobby was full of customers. She didn’t take any orders, didn’t try to help the line, nothing.
Anyways I placed my order through uber eats and I ordered around 7:30 , it said it would be ready by 7:52. I didn’t get my order until 8:13 pm. When I arrived, I asked the one girl if my order was ready and she ignored me while handing out an order to a delivery driver. The one guy on register took his time. He was helping a group of 5, couldn’t get the cash register open for about 5 minutes. When he finally did and finished helping them and the next 3 guests came in, the first thing he chose to do was fill lids that were barely low. He then decided to stand in the doorway by the kitchen to talk and laugh with the other 3 employees while the customers can clearly see and need to be helped.
Thankful to the guy who was next me trying to order and made sure I got my order that was just sitting in the back by the way. We made small talk about how the vibes in the store was weird and they would rather talk than help customers, smh.
Plus, for the store being very small, it was hardly clean.
