It's the most disorganized fast food restaurant I've seen, it doesn't matter what kind of day; morning, evening or night; busy or neutral. If you order online or inside, they will they 30 minutes before you get your order. They only prioritize the drive-thru and nothing else. I might as well go to the drive-thru with my invisible car instead. I've completely had enough. I offered them grace when they just started but it's been months now. I just order a single fry on the app from the time i hopped on the bus at kings plaza and when i reached it took an additional 21 minutes to get my order. Completely unacceptable! Might as well go to McDonald's down the block!

Two people waiting for their order at counter… Ordered at the kiosk still had to wait over 15 minutes for the order since they prioritize the drive-through. The dining area is absolutely disgusting and filthy. The tables are uncapped, sticky, not wiped down trash on the table, on the floor on the counters by the soda machine, and the bathroom is disgusting. Not one person, tending to cleaning the tables or the dining area with food and debris all over it. Even garbage all over the bathroom.

Service is slow. Consistently give out wrong food and orders. Food is cold by the time it gets to you. Crack under pressure when there’s only 4-5 customers.

Where do I begin??? Store literally just opened and already a failure. 1. SERIOUS language barrier. How you going to hire people who dont speak or undetstand English clearly, dont know the menu, cant make sound descisions with the ordering process or if an issues arise? 2. HOW you supposed to be open for a certain time in the morning and literally told after 30 min or 1hr after opening " nothing is ready yet." Especially if driving to work and relying on getting breakfast there on my way to work. Happened frequently which is beyond crazy. Plus you go to drive thru with no response after saying hello for 10 min. 3. Mess up order is consistent, and because lack of English you are being charged for high pricing that is incorrect. 4. Orders take 20 million years to complete. Unreal!!! THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED REGARDING A NEW STORE!!! I feel like if these basics are a problem, imagine the sanitary and handling of food...This must get reported if Wendys dosent care about customer feedback on a NEWLY OPENED STORE. Im in disbelief...There is no possible way this place gets HONEST good reviews, obviously flawed. Just read the bad reviews with pics.
