  Ordered two meals via the app for pickup/take out through the drive-thru. Drove about 10 minutes to this location and there is no actual drive-thru here. They have a walk-up window however, so I hop out and proceed to the window. A Wendy's employee opens the window and tells me to come inside. I go inside, there are about 20 people waiting between ordering and the order pick-up area. Orders are shown on an overhead screen as being prepared or ready, mine isn't even on the screen. I finally get to the front of the order pickup area and ask for my order/gave my name, guy looks at the screen, checks his kiosk and says, coming right up, will be ready soon. My order never showed up on the overhead screen, waiting about 15 minutes total and as I head out back to my vehicle there are people being served at the walk-up window! Why does the mobile app have a drive-thru option, with no drive-thru avaliable? Why would I go to the walk-up window for my order, but then told to come inside, where there is a zoo of people waiting to order and pickup? Why were people being attended to st the walk-up window, when I was told to.come inside for mine? Meals were decent and made to order as requested. However, I have so many questions and concerns with this Wendy's location and the business operation...geez!

  I pre ordered my food online for 2:00 pm and waited 50 minutes to finally actually receive my entire order and I kept asking and asking and nobody had answers for me.

  Placed a mobile order. Came 20 minutes later to pick it up and it still wasn’t ready. What’s the point of ordering ahead and still have to wait. I only have 30 minute break and I can’t wait another 10 minutes for my lunch. Need to do better

  I had a great experience at Wendy’s! The food was delicious and fresh, especially the burgers and fries—so satisfying! The service was friendly and efficient; my order was taken quickly and accurately. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, making it a nice spot to grab a meal. I definitely recommend stopping by for a tasty fast-food experience!
