When I pulled up to the window, the drive thru person named Careem didn't speak to me at all. In silence, I provided my card to pay for the food, and then my food was given to me. I jokingly asked if AI has stolen their voices which led to a hilarious but very real and human exchange about the new tech. Hopefully, their voices aren't truly lost as innovation starts to develop more in this space. We need real voices and human connection in the world and I hope the chase for money doesn't lead these corporations to forget the people. Great service otherwise!
