    This Wendy’s need to be closed. Drivers are waiting for orders for more then hour, employees not working as team, rather driver further to another Wendy’s

    Operators of this Wendy’s, you need to pay close attention to deliveries often drivers are waiting to pick up orders for one hour and the orders are ready and employees simply ignore and on their phones

    If you order anything CHECK YOUR BAG. They love to forget every and everything. Your fries WILL be cold, and your food sits on the counter for minutes at a time before they think to call your order out

    My first time at a Wendy's drive thru where I noticed the order was taken by AI. It was a cool experience to see my menu items generated as I mentioned them. When I pulled up to the window, the drive thru person named Careem didn't speak to me at all. In silence, I provided my card to pay for the food, and then my food was given to me. I jokingly asked if AI has stolen their voices which led to a hilarious but very real and human exchange about the new tech. Hopefully, their voices aren't truly lost as innovation starts to develop more in this space. We need real voices and human connection in the world and I hope the chase for money doesn't lead these corporations to forget the people. Great service otherwise!
