The employees do not acknowledge you unless you call out for them. 9/10 they are all playing around with each other in the kitchen instead of an employee standing in the front to greet guest or check for mobile orders. I recently came in and was asked what my name was for the mobile order and the employee just said “ok” I waited TWENTY FIVE MINS with the assumption they were still preparing the order. NOPE! When I finally complained he looked at the mobile orders and said “oh it was right here!” And then laughed. My entire lunch break was wasted on foolishness. I’m aware that this is a fast food restaurant and not a 5 star restaurant but, they need to do better.

So, they gave me another cold drink instead of the fountain drink, but they charged me extra. they call order numbers, but they didn't call mine. When I went back to the counter, I saw my food was there and someone was checking it to see if it is their food. My order was wrong food, and the meat was still red inside. The person who took my order and the cook had very bad attitude. This is a place to stay away from.
