  I can’t speak on the “food” because I only ever get smoothies and they are delicious. As for the service, it’s luck and chance, I’ve had really good service and also very bad service. Mobile pick up is the worst!

  Extremely long wait times & unorganized lines. Please hire and properly train staff. Management is non existent and unavailable. I ordered at 5:19 PM and still haven’t received my order…it’s been an hour & counting. They don’t know what happened to my order…my only evidence I had one was my receipt. They couldn’t even perform a refund so that I could leave. A staff was calling management but was unable to reach them. I told them I’d come back before they close. I feel bad for the staff they look young and are trying their best but they need a team lead present to facilitate the orders. This was an awful experience. Corporate should step in and send them a leader to stay with them until they have a good system in place.

  Extremely long wait times, unorganized lines, poorly made food it’s like they just throw things in a bowl and close it up. Young kids running this place it’s nottttt ok!!!!! We’re spending our hard earned money on this business for total disrespect in return. Please hire and properly train staff!!!!! I blame management for allowing this. They see the reviews and they still won’t help.

  Sucks, cause the food is actually good, but the customer service is absolutely trash at this location. Super unprofessional, bad attitude, blames customers from THEIR mistakes, and have no regard for doing things in a timely manner.

  I always receive excellent service from Daysi at this Tropical Smoothie location. Every time I come in, she greets me with a warm and respectful welcome, and my order is prepared quickly and accurately. She manages her crew with great organization, and the store is always clean with a welcoming atmosphere and great song selection playing. You can truly tell she cares about both her customers and her team. I hadn’t had Tropical Smoothie Café since being stationed in Jacksonville, FL four years ago while serving in the Navy, and I thought nothing could top that southern hospitality. But Daysi and her crew are giving them a run for their money with the amazing Northern hospitality I’ve received here. Because of Daysi’s professionalism and positive energy, this has become my favorite location. Highly recommend!
