  I wish I gotten the worker's name I spoke to through door dash. I ordered 2 pesto flatbread and 2 snickerdoodle cookies. They were out of the cookies. The dasher called me and gave the phone to this woman that works there. I told her to just have the dasher give a refund for the cookies. She told me I need to figure that out and do it. As a dasher I've refunded items to customers. The dasher did not know what to do and as some point she took it upon her self to come back on the phone with an attitude. She wanted me to add the item as missing once I got me order. In the past I never got my full refund for items that way. After waiting about 10 min my dasher was still waiting on my order. When he asked about the order, she told him she is not taking my order. Who ever this worker is, she need to be fired. As a veteran that deals with mental health I was about to drive to that restaurant....have respect for customers and don't single them out because you're having a bad day. Refusing a customer order when they paid for it for no reason at all? She needs to be fired about in her place

  This is the WORST tropical smoothie I’ve ever been to they are very slowwwwwwww with not structure , the staff is all over the place , they don’t rinse out the blender container after using to make another smoothie, can’t never seem to have customers orders right & Staff members on their phones & the list goes on , PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER !!!!

  Unless you’re there to pick up for an online delivery order like DoorDash, UberEats etc you are better off not ordering from here. Even in app order pickups get ignored. They are strictly focused on making the delivery orders for the hoard of delivery drivers there. 9/10 you won’t even get to place an order if you go in store or if you try ordering ahead like I’ve done on numerous occasions you will have to fight to get someone to address you in the store just to remind them of an order you put in sometimes close to 20 minutes prior. I suggest you go elsewhere entirely or pay the additional ridiculous fees ordering through a food order app and getting a watery shake by the time it gets to you or super cold food. Pick your poison. Risk a warm smoothie and cold food through ordering delivery or never getting your order when ordering through the app. Note: during busy times they won’t take in store orders at all and you’d have wasted your time standing there waiting for someone to finally come to the register.

  Don’t come here if you value customer service…you walk in nobody greets you, there’s no “hey well be right with you in a moment” I placed an order on Uber Eats for pickup, I came into the store and stood up for 30 minutes at the register before anyone acknowledged me and then another 45 minutes before i got my order…will never come back here, trust me don’t waste your time either

  I HOPE THIS GETS TO SOMEONE IMPORTANT! THIS STORE HAS GREAT POTENTIAL WITH I BELIEVE THEIR NAMES WERE ROME AND DAISY HOWEVER THE REST OF THEIR TEAMS NEED STRICTURE , IT SHOULD BE NO REASON WHY EVERYONE IS CONFUSED AND MOVING WITH NO SENSE OF URGENCY ! EVERYONE LOOKS YOUNG AND LOOKS LIKE ROME AN DAISY AND I DIDNT GET THE OLD BLACK GUY NAME BUT HE WAS MOVING GREAT AS WELL ! PLEASE DO BETTER THIS LOCATION IS ONE OF MY FAVES
