    Food is great, but wait times are extremely long. Even if you order ahead of time you still have to wait 10-15 minutes for your order. Staff also looks confused at times and don’t update you on your order but instead you have to keep asking them for your order.

    I placed an order on tropical smoothie all the way back in August 23rd from this specific location. I placed the order on the app to be delivered to my house. The driver NEVER delivered my order. Since then, I’ve never received my money back. I’ve called and reached out through the website and app multiple times over the last couple months and no one got back to me. I even called the customer service number and they still never gave me back my refund. Tropical smoothie is just unprofessional and there’s really no way of reaching them to get your money back. I even filed a dispute and my bank told me to contact tropical smoothie which I did SO many times. I’m so over them and their unprofessionalism. If it was any other company I would’ve got my money back right away.

    The experience could be better. There is no direction with the team. I had to wait a while to order. The team needs guidance and sense of urgency. There shouldn’t be a line of customers waiting with no one at the register yet 5 employees behind the counter. With retraining, this location can be great.

    I love coming here for smoothies but the customer service can be better. Handing me two drinks , no bag no straw and then reaching over me to serve another customer with a properly packed drink bag is beyond rude. My order says it’s ready and i still waited 20 mins very politely just to get poor service?? Employee name starts with H hyde something like that . Fix up

    It's and amazing store that I went the store appears very hygiene and the customer service was excellent the way the employees taking orders are very informative highly appreciated
