Unfortunately, the experience completely fell apart when the bar staff changed over. The red-haired bartender who took over was shockingly rude and made it very clear she did not want to be there. I waited more than 15 minutes for a single drink while she ignored me and focused only on service-well orders. When she finally rang it in, she charged full price even though it was still happy hour, with no courtesy mention that HH was ending or asking if I wanted to order anything else beforehand. When I politely asked for a supervisor, she said she was the supervisor, instantly became confrontational, and told me she was “not comfortable” with me — then refused to give her name so I could report the issue. After that, several staff members openly gossiped about me at the bar, making the entire environment uncomfortable and unprofessional. The food deserves 5 stars, but the customer service was a 0. One of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be returning. There are far better options in the area where guests are treated with basic respect.

- WEW EOct 28, 20255.0This location is superior to the one on the upper East Side of Manhattan. The burritos were delicious and filling, tacos were tasty and the frozen Pina colada was just sweet and strong enough for a treat. The service was friendly and efficient. Will go there again for sure.
