  I went there with one of my friends and the customer service was horrible. We waited over an hour for the simplest order, then the workers accused us of "taking an old receipt" to get free food. We showed them proof of purchase and everything, and we still waited. We went to the people behind the counter 4-5 times and each time they refused to make our order. They insulted us and talked bad about us. One of the workers threw a fit and yelled that she wasn't making the same order 3 times. Like come on lady, you applied for this job not me. It was a waste of time, get your food somewhere else.

  This place is pretty crummy the food is ok but takes forever the staff are rude and incompetent. It’s pretty gross. Usually the bathrooms in fast food places are gross but this entire place is as gross as a fast food bathroom. The Wendy’s near prospect is so new and delicious and CHEAP. Id rather walk there then go here to spend double on a burrito box thing with those nasty cinnamon twists. Seriously a box here is atleast $9 with tax is $9.80. I just spent 6.50 on more food at Wendy’s in prospect. You can go ride the train for $3 and it’s so much more worth it. You’d have to spend $3 to go back tho. Avoid this place.

  I ordered off of Door Dash and there has been multiple times where they have taken over 2 hours just to give the food to the dasher. They do not know how to prioritize the orders they have coming in.
