My driver was there for a very long time then out of nowhere i was refunded for no explained reason and neither them or my driver is answering the phone . Its 9pm i just got off work and just wanted to eat dinner and get ready for bed. This is very inconvenient

The super friendly manager was a gentleman and understood my concerns. He was also very apologetic and made sure to correct any mistakes. He personally ensured the quality of order was up to the proper standard and apologized for the error. I understand the employees get very busy during lunch time and for the manager to be so understanding and attentive…is all I can ask for. Thank you TB Team of Flatbush keep up the great work 🙌🙌

When i opened the box not only the crunchy taco was missing but the quesadilla was weirdly folded like someone tryna hide it and to my expectations yep he ate one of the quesadillas and the taco . I tried to contact the support and omg its the most useless support ever. They told me i cant get a refund because i have unusual amount of refund. Its doesn't make sense this is dangerous he touched my food even if i have unusual whatever still you have to legally refund me and even give me an apology like dude..
