Maybe at first I feel their customer service was a little slow. However, in the last year they’ve been on top of getting you in and out when you order. The location is also clean and comfortable if you want to eat in. They usually always get my order right. Maybe a 1-2 incidents where they messed up but they made up for it with freebies. Truly, in comparison to other taco bells in NYC , I feel like this is one of the better ones.
