  What an amazing brunch experience, I cannot recommend enough. And a special shoutout to Juan and Carlos who took so so so good care of us. We felt so welcome and cared for, legitimately big thank you for a great time.

  I had a great time. I would definitely come back again! I enjoyed the food! I sat at the bar. While I truly understand it is hard in the service industry. I believe my experience was not the best. The bartender while I get they were busy I just felt my experience with them was different from the jump. I saw them interact with everyone else in such a positive way. With me it seems they were annoyed. They were very short. When I asked if I did anything to offend them they said “have you ever been a bartender it’s very stressful” I responded no but I am a social worker. So I definitely get stress. I did not want to write this but the whole interaction was just off and felt very rude even at the end. I am not hoping for anything from this because I would probably come back but it would be at a table.

  Decent food, generous portions but expensive, efficient but not especially friendly service, beautiful space and atmosphere. FOOD: We had the avocado labneh to start. It was essentially smashed avocado with a few pomegranate arils and 4 zaatar chips. It was ok but not like labneh; very large portion. We then had the chicken parmigiana and the Brussels sprouts pizza. Portions, again were generous and the side salad with the chicken was very good. The chicken was good, not great - way too much cheese. The pizza was quite good. The fireside fashioned cocktail was good, not great, especially considering the 21usd price. SERVICE: prompt and efficient, but not warm or friendly. AMBIENCE: the restaurant (we ate in the front bar part) is gorgeous. High ceilings, eye candy décor, with a sense of intimacy. But at 8.30pm, loud pop music came on, which kind of drove us away. The total with tax and tip was 126usd. At that price point, you can find far better restaurants in Brooklyn and even Manhattan. Maybe the price reflects the fact that the resto is in a hotel. Ps, google maps leads you to the wrong location. Look for the main entrance of the Arlo Hotel Williamsburg.

  Juan made sure he understood my wife’s complicated order which—along with mine— was prepared perfectly and deliciously. Carlos delivered the order, asked for and delivered the “extras” we asked for. Overall an excellent dining experience enhanced by two professional and personable young men. A five-star performance for sure.

  Came here for brunch with my friend and made a reservation just in case. The ambience is warm, modern, and perfect for a relaxed weekend brunch. Service was friendly and attentive the entire time. I ordered the mushroom sandwich with grilled chicken, which came with crispy fries and a side of spicy mayo absolutely delicious! My friend got the grilled chicken sandwich with fries as well, and we both loved our meals. To share, we ordered the brown butter maple old-fashioned pancake, and wow that was the highlight! Perfectly fluffy with just the right sweetness. We paired everything with lattes, which were smooth and creamy. It’s a calm spot to unwind, chat, and enjoy good food with great vibes. Overall great vibes. I’d absolutely come back again! ✨
