I would understand if the store was busy — but it was completely empty. There was no line and no rush. There is simply no excuse for not starting an online order in that situation. On top of that, they don’t begin preparing any order until the customer arrives and provides an ID. Regardless of the order type, they just wait. Is that even legal? What is the point of online ordering if nothing is prepared in advance? This is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Very disappointing experience.

Not even 50% of it, looks like 15-20%. They do not respect ppl that place online orders here at all. Previous time I came here, I gave them my name but they would not give me my order unless I answer the phone call associated with my account. I even showed them the order ID (crazy). Also this time I used my Free FL coupon so they must've been extra angry. Looks like I'm not coming here again
