- OOoozzzDec 4, 20251.0If you're ordering online here, expect racist treatment. Ordered Bacon and Chicken Ranch. Look at the amount of Chicken and Bacon they gave me in this. Not even 50% of it, looks like 15-20%. They do not respect ppl that place online orders here at all. Previous time I came here, I gave them my name but they would not give me my order unless I answer the phone call associated with my account. I even showed them the order ID (crazy). Also this time I used my Free FL coupon so they must've been extra angry. Looks like I'm not coming here again

I ordered on the app and when I got their the person behind the counter gave me an attitude because I didn't pick up my phone because they wanted me to confirm my order even though it was already paid for. So they didn't make the sandwich before I got their forcing me to wait for them to make it after giving me an attitude about not picking up their call. What's the point of pre paying and ordering on the app if they're just going to wait for me to get their to start working on the order. Terrible service will never return.

Everything was fresh and lady was very generous with the meat and veggies. I would have love to have the sandwich a little more toast because it felt soggy after 15min walk. But I like the portions and the sauce on it. So next time, little more toasted like crunchy or crispy :D everything was well wrapped and clean nice
