They always prepare my sandwich exactly as requested, which is particularly helpful since some delivery apps don't allow for detailed instructions. Today, Ovi Ahmed went above and beyond, even calling me back to confirm my order details. Every team member I've encountered at this location over the years has been professional and dedicated to providing great customer service. The management, whether local or regional, should be incredibly proud of this store's representation.

The Indian guy does not wear hairnets being the reason why people always complain about hair in they’re food. Service was slow and inattentive. I had to repeat my order and selections twice before the service crew got it right not to mention the Indian guys all he does is talk with his co wokers in their language instead of paying attention to his customers....
