  Orders are not systematically ready. Waiting for 30-45 minutes for the order. There is no parking, no pick-up area, no coordination. The staff works extremely slowly, like "sleepy flies", and demonstrates complete indifference to what is happening. I waited for the order for 45 minutes. Besides me, there were 5 other drivers waiting. As a result, it was the woman who simply said that we should all leave because "nothing is ready". Is this the level of organization? Is this your store or a bum? It seems that workflows simply do not exist. The administration either does not control the situation or completely ignores the problem. As a result, couriers lose their time and money because of someone else's incompetence. The management of this store should urgently deal with the staff and establish work. In the current state, this is an example of how a business should not function. It's a shame for such an organization of work. Shame, shame, shame

  Ordered food twice on Friday & Saturday. They said Uber Eats would deliver. They said from 5-6 pm. It’s 10pm and NO FOOD! Cancelled order. Never in my life will I EVER use Uber for anything 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬…Lousy services. Rather shop in person and bring it home myself. Uber Eats was of NO HELP whatsoever.

  I order my grocery's for delivery from Stop and Shop every month and a half or so, so I'm normally doing a big shop. They are always late dropping off and my bags are always ripped. My last delivery driver said it was chaos trying to pick up from the store. There is usually something off about my order but nothing crazy. Yesterday my allotted time was 6-7pm. Didn't receive my items until almost 9:30pm. BUT here is the real kicker, apparently in that big store there is not one substitution for rice, tortillas, olive oil or sourdough bread. Some of the most staple ingredients to exist. Like you can sub pineapple chunks but not tortillas??? It also says they subbed potato but they weren't in any of the bags (must've been a casualty of the ripped up bag situation) I've always given a pass for the insane lateness and the stuff falling out of the bags, but once I have to go to another grocery store for simple items, whats even the point to order from you.
