  I called customer service, no one ever answered. I tried several times and the automated system hung up on me each time after waiting for someone to answer my question. I then called Wholefoods and someone picked up right away and helped me.

  I’ve been seeing and noticing strange behavior at Stop & Shop. Particularly from the Stop & Shop cashiers!!! After the cashier scan your items they keep some of them. This happened twice ! I’ve caught two cashiers doing this and when I get home, I noticed something not in my bag. The first time I noticed this, was from a young lady that scanned my items! Every time I would turn my back to reaching my car to put something on the belt something will come off the belt and be in front of her where I could not see. Lots of my items were right in front of her! I noticed they don’t like for you to help them back where they hurry up and try to bag your things, but in this case, I went around to bag my own things and I saw the items in front of her then. They sat in front of her slight in a slightly lower, area and I pointed them out like please give me my items. The second time this happened was yesterday. From the corner of my eye, I noticed the cashier hurriedly grabbed an item (My onion powder of all things) and I’m like I just know I didn’t see what I thought I saw!!! So I pretended like I didn’t see it and when I got home, my onion powder was missing. He actually took the onion powder. That was strange so I’m not sure what they’re doing, or what’s going but it’s weird.

  I was sitting on the ledge of a wall facing towards the citibikes lined up facing Barclay Center taking a food break after walking for a while; and while i am taking a food break and eating... a guy comes along with a wheeled garbage can and a broom and lifts the broom into the air and away from the ground and starts sweeping the plant area extremely close nearby me where i was sitting and eating and i had food out and eating and he just starts sweeping something up near the plants at the same level I was sitting and my food was. The practice to me seemed very badly timed, ignorant, stupid, careless and rude. And the guy after that just continued sweeping like nothing is wrong! "We are different, The halal guys" is what the guys shirt read, and i seen him retrieving shopping carts and placing them near the Stop & Shop supermarket nearby. My advice is please make sure these guys have better "training" and are doing their jobs in a way that makes good sense. What was done while i was sitting, eating and minding my business, was very unsanitary... and extremely rude! Smh. 😡😠🤢

  I have had so many issues with this store’s delivery service. Ever since they moved from in-house to third-party delivery, every single order I’ve placed has gone wrong in someway. The first order was over an hour and a half late, the second order I scheduled for pick up and they made me go into the back service area where employees are to pick it up, and this most recent order I had several items missing and the invoice was not in the bag I was charged for the missing items. They generally offer a coupon or something, but this shouldn’t happen for EVERY order.
