The sandwich had been wrapped in foil right off the grill, which is great, but the steam/heat inside the wrap made the bun damp and all the components had fused together into a soggy puck of bun, meat, cheese and ketchup. Think of what a fresh White Castle looks like in the restaurant - steamed wetness. I've never seen a sadder sandwich. The burger meat was gross - you would swear that the beef had been mixed with ground up wet newspaper. Add in lots of gristle and chewy bits of tendon, so I was spitting out the majority of each bite. I gave up after 4 bites due to the massive amount of foreign matter making me feel nauseous. The French fries were not bad.
