WHY they tasted like chocolate is unknown to me but none of the explanations are good: (1) improper storage, (2) accidental use of chocolate powder in place of seasoning, (3) cross-contamination during prep (i.e. Cook A is making a chocolate share while Cook B is making onion rings, powder spreads like oops, (4) unclean tools used by one cook for both, etc. Burger was fine but probably will not go back.
