  If you want to get food poisoning do not eat here. Waited 30 minutes for 1 Colorado dog, no sides or drink and it took them 30 minutes to make this. The customer service was terrible, I asked the manager for a refund and she had an attitude. As soon as I requested a refund this is when they brought this mess out. This is how I opened the container to find my food.

  This is the worst smash burger location I have been. Always an extensively long wait and the workers always have an attitude as they are overworked and understaffed. The manager V as she stated her name once asked while walking away was also unprofessional and has terrible customer relation.

  This staff is horrible. No cashiers, no one around helping you, the staff ignores you, they said they are stopping taking orders in the middle of the day, staff arguing in the back about no cooks. They using curse works in front of waiting customers. This place deserves better staff. Let them all go.

  Nothing fast about this place. No one at the counter to take orders. Waited 15 mins at the counter and not a person there to greet or take an order. The 2 people cooking were busy talking to even acknowledge the customers. 4 other people came in behind me and still not a person in site. Ended up walking out without ordering. This was my very first time trying smash burger and I will not be going again. I’ll stick to 5 guys at least they have someone to greet their customers.

  I had a family member visiting NY, and wanted to try Smash Burger. The cashier had a nasty attitude. The milkshake manager was putting her airpod in with the gloves on her hands, then going back to making shakes. (Never changed her gloves) The person packing the food was eating a cup of ice while packing customers food. I got my 1st order in about eight minutes. My second order was just an order of tater tots, and I waited over twenty minutes for that, only to find out the cashier with the attitude charged me for the wrong item. When I asked for a refund, the manager making the milkshakes asked me why, I explained to her that I've been waiting for over twenty minutes, I was charged for the wrong item, and im running late. She stated that tater tots take three minutes, and asked if I would wait. I said ok , and asked for a price adjustment. I totally messed this woman up asking for the difference back. ( math is fundamental) After waiting another 6 minutes, the crew playing around in the kitchen realized that they didn't put the tater tots to cook, and said they were about to drop it. I told the manager I just want a refund, first she have me back the wrong amount, then got upset when I told her that's not what I paid. In the end I received my refund, and will not ever return to this establishment. A DOH visit today would be a definite F.
