  The kitchen staff was having a full conversation with a full dressed invidual who was either off or not staff.... People who were in the location before me were waiting over 20mins No communication is happening with the kitchen and front.

  I waited over 1 hour for my food. When i got it everything was cold fries drenched in grease, chicken tenders missing had to wait half hour for that. While I'm there waiting the cashier that takes orders had to tell the customers if you ordered now you will have to wait 45 minutes for your food those people Walk out . On top of that someone ask for a refund because they couldn't wait the cashier told him you have to wait someone else will have to do the refund. That someone never showed up and that customer had to wait for his food. This smash burger at this location needs more workers so customers don't have to wait over an hour for their food. I was not the only one waiting for over an hour there were more people waiting.

  Jazmine was polite patient and very courteous. She explained each item with expertise and checked on me after I received my food.

  The name says it all. I received a Smashed burger. It wasn't too bad, but I won't go there again. The cook was continuously talking to the server all across the food he was preparing. I literally saw him make the burger and smash down it, then wrap it up. The fries were so and so. Thats what I get, next time go home and cook.

  I had the Bean Burger and it tasted great! As well, the CSR had a hospitable attitude was attentive in explaining to me what goes on the bean burger and listened promptly to what I wanted and didn't want on it. An even bigger show of excellent customer service came later that day when I realized that I had misplaced my earbud headphones charger case. I was in the City when I realized I had misplaced it and on a hunch O called Smash Burger in Gateway Mall to see if I had left it there and to my delight, the manager found it and promised to hold it for me. I returned many hours later and a whole new crew was there. When I told them my dilemma, without hesitation, one of the young ladies hurriedly went to the back to retrieve my charger case. I described it as being the color white which the CSR at the register said that they found a black charger case but not a white one. I said, I wish it was black but in truth it was white, which she smiled at my statement. When the young lady came back out, it was my white charger case and the CSR said she was just teasing me! Lol.. What a great laugh/great staff/and iny eyes they passed! #grestservice P.S.: I'll be back soon for another bean burger 🍔
