(In my mind i was thinking , they must not like you manager) Not only she said that , they also have a sign attached to the door outside saying online orders only. This is unprofessional and poor customer service. They need to close. Worst experience ever.

The milshake ended up being strawberry milk by the tine it arrived. I expected much more for the price of this family order. Terrible! Last time ordering, or puechasing from this place. Once i I finally did get my shake it was melted..CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! No greetings, no smile no NOTHING. 1 person on the register, waited 10 mins to even place an order. The workers and the manager were arguing out loud and going back and forth with a place full of customers. Very unprofessional and it created such a low vibrational environment. Workers are 100 percent UNAPPROACHABLE. The atmosphere sucks. Tables were dirty and garbage was fulled up to the top and over flowing.
