Online ordering opens at 11:30 am for no reason. Instead of having that the restaurant opens at 12:00 they should put it at 1pm because no one is ever there to pick up the phone to take orders. It’s very frustrating because they have the potential to be great and they are doing terrible. The girl employee is beyond rude and doesn’t know how to listen when you speak to her. Today I called in for some fries 20 minutes before my lunch, they told me it would be 20minute wait, I went there 20 minutes later and they still wasn’t done. Then, the female employee tells me 5 minutes, 10 minutes passed and I asked how long for my fries she’s giving me attitude like I’m in the wrong. Better service is needed especially when it comes to regular costumers. It’s sad to say I’m done buying my lunch from here. What makes it worse is you can wait for a whole hour and they don’t give you no type of discount for being so slow. I understand if i was getting big meals but i literally be getting fries.
