They still sent my order without refunding me, and to make it worse, they charged full price for all the patties instead of honoring the promotion. I called the next day, spoke with a lady who said she would look into it and get back to me but no one ever did. On top of that, the food I received was dry, stiff, and stale both the patties and the festival. Save your money and skip this place. Bad customer service, false advertising, and terrible food quality.
