We have ordered from Parkview Diner many times and have never been disappointed. Today my wife ordered a Ribeye Steak and it was excellent. I ordered a Chicken Gyro on pita. It was very chewy and had no taste. I was not even sure it was chicken. The onion rings too were very chewy and tasted stale. I will order from Parkview again but will definitely stay away from this.

Unfortunately a bit of a disappointing experience. My group of 6 shows up here around 3am after a trip to Six Flags Fright Fest. This was the only place we could find that was open and on our way home. I appreciated the service, waiter was nice and friendly, just not too knowledgeable on the menu. We ordered a few drinks, the strawberry lemonades were amazing, and unfortunately that was where it stopped. The rest of the drinks were awful. Lemon drop tasted like cheap vodka with some lime juice and watered down with tap water. The other blue alcoholic drinks looked great but tasted like tap water, blue curaçao syrup (the cheap $5 kind), and a hint of awful cheap liquor. The food was also disappointing, anything that had meat was overcooked, with the bacon specifically being badly overcooked. The bill said “well done” next to the bacon which blew our mind. The salad I had was okay, but the tortilla cup that it came in was hard and burnt, made it difficult to enjoy. I wish it was just the salad with some pita chips on tops Overall we wouldn’t go back unfortunately. I hope the experience is better during regular day hours but I did expect more from a diner like this.

The food is eatable and the customer service is okay. I only buy what I know which is the chicken cutlet parm with spaghetti. The salad 🥗 is nice but the dressing taste as if it was stretched.

My friend and I went there for breakfast, spent $66 on the worst “huevos rancheros”, warm coffee, cold waffles we had to ask to be microwaved. We spent 2 hours because we had to kill time, 7-9am, then some old, rude guy came to tell me “hey, you’ve been here 2 hours” pointing at his watch, “it’s Sunday, cmon, you have to go”. I got furious but didn’t want to make a scene, just scoffed and said “ok?”, he walked away, I stood up and counted 8 open tables, 32 empty chairs, and this was on only one side of the diner, there were more open booths on the other side, NOBODY was even waiting for a table. I paid my, I’ll repeat, $66 tab and then went to tell that rude guy “you have 8 open tables, not like you needed ours” and left. We didn’t order just 2 coffees, you know?
