    Very stupid, yesterday I ordered pizza from this shop, they didn’t deliver it and also they didn’t return my money. So rudely behavior. Everyone be careful, I recommend not to buy anything from this shop.

    I’ve never had an issue with papa John’s until today. I placed an online order like normal, when my food arrived I was presented with incorrect sauce that I purchased, followed up by my pizza being incorrect and disheveled. After contacting the store I was hung up on twice, told the sauce was replaced with another due to an outage, and that my pizza would arrive within 30 mins. Fine I can understand, things happen. Pizza never arrived, and my child ate the replacement sauce and began to violently throw up. Upon inspection of the sauce, it was expired cheese sauce. I had to head to the store personally to bring this situation up and get a refund, the manager attempted to argue that he received the expired sauce just last week and that it wasn’t expired. Absolutely disgusting business practice. Will never order from here again.
