So trying to save the readers the headache of spending money on food that won't arrive.

I call, after about 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up, the person on the line stated it was out for delivery, give it about 15 minutes. I call them at 3:15pm, no one picks up for 41 minutes. At that point, 3:56 pm, I was dressed and approaching the store so I hung up. I spoke with an employee and told him about my order. He calls the driver. After about 2 minutes on the call, he tells me the driver had an issue with his car so he went to go get it fixed. With my order still in his car!!!!! I told the employee I do not want that food. He promised to make it fresh and will deliver it in about 20 minutes. It is now 4:38pm. No delivery. I am on hold for someone to pick up as I get dressed again, for almost 11 minutes now. I will be going to store to get a refund. I will NEVER order Papa Johns again. DOMINOS WOULD NEVER!!!!
