He stayed in his car and demanded that I come outside and pick it up myself. There were no building restrictions he simply chose not to do his job. I am sick and feeling very unwell. Because of this, I had to ask my neighbor to go outside and collect the order for me. The driver clearly stated that if no one came down, he would take the pizza back. This is not delivery service. This is laziness and disrespect toward the customer. Door-to-door delivery is what customers pay for, and this was completely ignored. If this is how customers are treated, I do not recommend ordering from this place. Extremely disappointed.
