Last weekend, I called 30 minutes before their closing time, and they answered by saying "Papa John's, we're closed". When I ask "aren't you closing in 30 mins?", they answer with one word, "nah". I was shocked! Staff needs to be trained to accept customers and phone orders until the closing time listed. Now, I get that it's a big inconvenience for a customer to walk in at the exact time they close, but 30 minutes before closing is enough time to place an order and have them prepare two pepperoni pizzas and an order of wings.
