  Estoy muy molesta compro pizza abitualmente en este establecimiento y pido delivery y hoy 2/14/2026 llamo para realizar un pedido y estos mal educados me cuelgan la llamada solo porque le dije q le hiba a pagar con tarjeta aparte que le gritan a uno cuando habla me viene a colgar la llamada sino no quiere trabajar en atención al cliente busquen otro trabajo pero no maltraten al cliente q soño quiere pagar por un servicio hasta hoy vuelvo a comprar en este loca I am very upset, I usually buy pizza in this establishment and I order delivery and today, 2/14/2026, I call to place an order and these ill-mannered people hang up my call just because I told him that I would pay by card, apart from that they yell at one when he speaks, he comes to hang up the call, otherwise he does not want to work in customer service, look for another job but do not mistreat the customer who I dream wants to pay for a service until today, I will buy again in this crazy one.

  I had never had disgusting pizza like this before cheese wasn’t melted Canadian bacon disgusting sauce disgusting and the service was horrible. The driver called and said he was downstairs and wasn’t. Horrible service and very disappointed. Some people will eat and accept anything, but not me. I will never order again or walk in this place ever again.

  Bad service they treat customer shit. They closed 12:19 am why they put the Thursday 1/29/2026 time to closed 12:45am.

  I've ordered from this store many times. Food is decent and in line with other locations. My low rating is due to the attitude of the staff. Last weekend, I called 30 minutes before their closing time, and they answered by saying "Papa John's, we're closed". When I ask "aren't you closing in 30 mins?", they answer with one word, "nah". I was shocked! Staff needs to be trained to accept customers and phone orders until the closing time listed. Now, I get that it's a big inconvenience for a customer to walk in at the exact time they close, but 30 minutes before closing is enough time to place an order and have them prepare two pepperoni pizzas and an order of wings.
