I got there at 5:30pm I waited extra 15 minute cuz it was busy I asked the cashier (the pregnant lady at the register) if my order was ready. At first, she ignored me. When I gave her my name, she said they didn’t have it. I suggested maybe my name was misspelled, she asked for my number I told her I wasnt the one that ordered I gave her the number of the person that ordered but she insisted that wasn’t the case and even told me I must have called the wrong store. I explained that I always order from this location, but she just dismissed me and was very rude and called the next customer. I ended up calling the store again, and they told me my pizza was ready. When I went back to the counter, the same cashier suddenly said, “Oh yeah, they’re making it now.” By that time, it was already 6:15 pm. she was so unprofessional and her attitude was nasty I’m never ordering from there again.
