So much attitude and disrespect. They treat their customers horribly. This place is exactly where it needs to be, in the hood! I frequent this place on a regular basis but no more following an incident on Thursday 1/8/2026, in which an employee was very nasty towards me and even made a disrespectful reference towards my mother. The manager witnessed this and got mad at me because of the way I responded to this disrespectful person!

- JMJes M.Dec 22, 20251.0This Panera sucks. Which is a shame because there aren’t many, if any, others in the area. The lanky black cashier with the baseball cap seem very cold and rude. I never been to this location before and didn’t see the rapid pick up window, and they had food sitting near the counter, so I thought that is where we were suppose to pick up. He took the order, and didn’t direct us to go the side. So he just had us waiting there. Our food was ready and we didn’t know. A simple instruction would have saved us time. He just took the order and brushed us off. It was after 10-15 mins of him just avoiding us and our own curiosity did we realize to go to the side. I definitely won’t be back. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before going. It’s giving “I hate my job, and I want you to feel it”
