What’s the point of the free items on the app if the restaurant doesn’t even put them in the order? They don’t even answer the phone when you try to call them to get them to fix it. Edit following reply from McDonalds: There is no option in the app to “Contact Delivery Partner”. The only options the app gives you are to call the restaurant or call Uber. This location has a problem with fulfilling orders and it is not my job to resolve that.
