She proceed put her hands not only around the rim of the cup, but her fingers inside the cup as well. NASTY. I asked for a refund. Today 10/15 I tried again. An old Hispanic lady took my order. I asked for half and half strawberry mixed with vanilla. She gave me a vanilla and convinced me it was mixed. After using the straw to mix it; THERE WAS NO STRAWBERRY INSIDE. I asked for a refund. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this type of nastiness with them. WHY ARE THEY NOT USING GLOVES WHEN HANDLING MONEY AND FOOD. JUST NASTY.
