Some times, employees are fine and orders come out relatively fast. However, some of the employees, especially the tall lady manager, just took my receipts when I was waiting for 30 minutes already and "brought it" to the back. She definitely threw the receipts out because I waited for an additional 20 minutes with no food received still. Overall, the place is fine depending on the employees. That tall lady manager definitely needs to show better customer service.

It’s been months that you don’t take cash with eight of your machines!!! ❌This is unacceptable !!! In a neighbor with most resident areas would pay in cash instead of card !!! and the Night Shift Cleaner purposely have his boom sweeping to my feet. That’s ridiculous.(I was like What the puck u doing! )Stare at him, guess what he did ? without a apologize and walk away… (I bet he doesn’t speak any English)
I am so upset that I was telling what happened to everyone, my friend, my family, my coworker, my neighbor…to tell them not to go to this McDonald’s for anything, are u happy now?

The worst McDonald’s in Brooklyn. They treat people like trash.
They ignore curbside orders. You wait there forever. Until you go inside the restaurant to get your food.
They hide Monopoly cups and tell customers that they are unavailable.
They serve very poor sandwiches. They ignore many components.
They are rude to customers and they don’t speak English.

The workers were very friendly even though it was so early and they had just opened up for the day. I walked to this one because the other one 4 blocks down wasn’t open when it said they’d be. I wasn’t disappointed by coming here, it was very comfy too and not that crowded. But then again, it was 6 in the morning.
As for the food 10/10 including the lemonade I got. I forgot that they only served breakfast during breakfast hours, and decided to get a chicken biscuit sandwich thing with a hash brown. I’ve had the chicken sandwich before, but never had a hash brown in my entire life. When I bit into it I think I would’ve started ascending if it was possible to do so. Everything I had was so fresh, again perhaps because it was early and they were just made, but regardless it was nice to be able to experience that before work.
