  One employee was crying and threw a temper tantrum over having to do his job. The food came out late, cold, did not include all items such as sauces, and there were many other issues. Fries tasted cold and stale. Embarrassing place. Never go here. Worst experience I’ve ever had at mcdonald’s.

  Update: (02/01/2026) ————— Thanks for the response from one of the McDonald representatives. After giving it some thoughts. I think the main purpose of using box for daytime sandwiches is to protect the shape of the sandwich when doing deliveries. But for dine in, wraps would be better. Even for take out, if it is a small order, wraps still wins. Boxes should be reserved for large orders where you need to stack one box on top of another. Please consider whether to use wraps or boxes base on dine in, takeout or delivery, and please also take order size into consideration. It is perfectly fine to eat nuggets and fries with fingers , but for sandwiches it is a little messier. So even a little improvement helps. Thanks for your attention to this matter. (Original review) ——— Breakfast sandwiches are in wraps which is good. But lunch/dinner time sandwiches are in boxes. This is bad because you will have sauces, cheeses, juices all over your hands. It is a mess .Why not use wraps for all sandwiches? I don’t understand the reason for using boxes.

  I had such a bad experience here. The staff is amazing but food what they served was strange. The flavour was little bit off. I think meat was burnt.
