At 418pm when nobody came to my car, I decided to back up and go through the drive through. There i explained to the employee what happened. The employee directed me to come to the last window. Once I got there, the employee handed me my food with no explanation or apology. I inquired on what happened and the employee responded "you did curbside they bring it to your car" I responded I waited there for 15 minutes after submitting my order but prior to coming through drive through, she shrugged and said "oh I don't know.". Of course the food was cold.

They came into your restaurant today, and you asked them to leave and why? They paid for their food. These boys were coming from basketball tryouts and were hungry and just wanted to stop for a bit and were asked to leave saying they were smoking. Stupid athletes can't smoke, and our children don't. They know better, especially if they are just kids 14–17 years old. Why? Because you guys think all the kids that come into your shop are just BAD KIDS? I HATE CUSTOMERS SERVICES LIKE YOU JUDGMENTAL for what? I hope your kids experience this so one day you can reflect. AND FOR the NYPD THAT COME HERE, Assess before you engage because these people are stupid.
