Went here last night and had the absolute best vegan meal I’ve had in a longggg time. Amazing warm service. Great music and good vibes. I will be coming back here to this delicious establishment, might be a new favorite in all of New York!

The food was amazing everything was specially their fried mushrooms took me to a whole other level. I ordered the oxtail but I truly didn't like it, but thats just me I'm weird about textures, but the flavors were amazing. I recommend you try everything. I'm not fully vegan but this place might have converted me to be one. Thank you for the beautiful experience. The staff was amazing attentive and very patient. The flavors were amazing!!!! I recommend this place. By far is the best I have visited in NYC.
I went on a Tuesday evening. The music was great. My greeter/server/bartender was amazing. This is a great place to have a lil happy hour with friends, dinner with fam or a pregame and meals before a night out. The food was so good. I had the Salmon and pasta, Trio empanadas, Plantain boat, Mac Pie,, Yucca fries, Sorrel #7 drink, PASSION margarita and passion tres leches cake. Everything was delicious. The food is vegetarian and there are no meat dairy products. So with that in mind the food tasted different than the options that I'm used to and I really loved it. I will definitely return. Presentation and tastes were on point. I recommend!!!

I TRAVELED HERE ON A 7 DEGREE DAY
I had the wonderful opportunity to be greeted by the host to come on in out of the cold and she welcomed us to Haam.
I was immediately embraced by reggae playing with a mix of reggaeton.
The first impression on the decor transported us to a different place.
Immediately we saw the fresh young coconut waters everyone was ordering so we ordered one too. Only thing I wish was that someone could open it up for me to eat the jelly.
The flavors of the food definitely embody a fusion of Trini and Dominican cuisine! But I did feel as the chef held back on the Trini taste to make sure it was catered to everyone’s palate. Personally I would appreciate more of the authenticity of that to shown through a little more equal to the way the Dominican cuisine did.
I also did wish the portions of the buss up to be a little more due to the roti skin being absolutely delicious. The mango chutney captivated that plate.
All in all the night ran beautifully with dishes that left us feeling warm and ready to travel back out in the rough bitter cold.
Definitely want to go back to explore more of these dishes!

🌴 HAAM Caribbean Plant Cuisine delivers on every level. From the moment you walk in, the staff is warm, friendly, and incredibly patient. The vibe is vibrant, the music is uplifting, and the food is next-level.
The mofongo was better than I imagined—rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. The wait staff deserves special recognition for being so attentive and kind.
And that Sorrel drink 🌺? Simply amazing. The perfect balance of sweet, tart, and spice. Truly one of the best drinks I’ve had in a long time.
Overall, a great experience—10/10 would recommend!
