  I am a regular here, but since the new guy has come in: service come with an attitude, the food taste horrible, coffee is not made correct. They have the food sitting in the heaters too long that hash browns are soggy, the bacon is over cooked, the croissant is stale. The woman is not as friendly and cheerful as before and there are always homeless and intoxicated people in there now. I will not be going back. Ill take the walk yo the next dunking or starbucks!!

  This place has the rudest lady working. They way she speaks to you is like she is looking down on you and you are the hum in the bottom of her shoe. I have been her twice now as it’s right by my boyfriends and we like to get a little drinky drink and donut in our way to work and she is just the worst. She won’t tell you the total of the order and just stares at you untill you pay. How am I suppose to know it’s ready to pay when I can’t see the screen and you have said nothing. And then she will roll her eyes as she turning and let out a sigh like singer job is a burden. I have worked customer service jobs for my entire life my income is based on how well a experience I provide to my client and if I acted like her I would be living in a box on the side of the street. Yes having a job and having to work sucks majorly, I don’t enjoy it either but unfortunately we have to have one. Maybe yall need new training on how the person who interacts with the customers treat them. I will now be taking my buisness to strarbucks. It may be further and I may have to pay a delivery fee but it’s worth it to not even have to be in the prescience of one of the rudest people I have ever met.

  They do a great job & willing to help if anything goes wrong. I’ve seen too many customers be rude for no reason unfortunately

  Visited this location today. The server was disheveled, shirt wrinkled and dirty. Did not greet me or even emote when I approached the counter after entering the shop. All different varieties of donuts were all lumped together in a display case, a far cry from any other Dunkin' I've been too, where the donuts are displayed open and spaced apart on shelves. These donuts looked real sad, so I asked her which was the freshest, and she mumbled "it's all fresh, it's always fresh", because I've never had a stale Dunkin' donut before (sarcasm). After I placed my order and paid, she dropped the change like I was diseased or something. For reference, if you saw those old videos on how African Americans were treated in the 60's, the way the change was just dropped instead of putting it in their hands. This was reminiscent of that. The server, if not Indian was definitely South Asian. I walk by this establishment often and know that at times you will find homeless people, primarily African American men and women in the store loitering, not buying anything. I can empathize when it comes to dealing with these situations. But it is still a core tenet of customer service to treat customers with decency and respect, regardless of skin color, sexual orientation, gender, or financial status. Next time I'm really in the mood for Dunkin' I'll take the walk all the way to empire. They're always much more welcoming at that location.
