When I politely corrected the mistake, I was met with unnecessary attitude instead of an apology from the cashier. The drinks themselves were not mixed properly, and when I asked for a tray, the staff member threw it at me and walked away. Another customer witnessed this as well. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this behavior.
