  Never order a breakfast sandwich!! Them dam bagels be hard and burnt as hell can’t even bite into it’ll hurt your teeth . The coffee either be too bitter or too sweet. They be holding up the line sittin there talking to girls . This one time I asked for a bagel with no egg just cheese and bacon. Long story short it was like 15-20 of bacon that had to been old on my bagel it was disgusting . They need a more experience person watching over them and to teach them how to do things the right way. Them breakfast sandwiches be hard like rocks 🪨 zero stars if you ask me

  Smaller new gen Dunkin on 86 st. The guys inside make the coffee perfect and listen to everything you ask. Drinks aren’t filled and overloaded with ice, inside atmosphere is chill, and donuts look pretty fresh. No complaints from

  Staff on April 5 at 4pm were too busy discussing credit cards and talking to each other when I came in to order and they completely forgot my order being the only customer in the store. They received 1 online order my time being here but again it was just a coffee. Unbelievable.
