They changed staff the old staff was nice polite saw me coming in i got my things in seconds. Almost never big lines. The new staff every day I go in there is huge lines and that's bearable but they dont know how to make the food and beverage. Mix up every 2nd order and my hot coffee that I usually buy is cold everyday even when they make it fresh on the spot. I officially stop going in in going to other dunkins in the area. If youbare the owner or manager please fix it before you have nothing to fix.
