The amount of money I’ve lost on this place is ridiculous please teach your employees to read. If you tell them they got it wrong they pretend not to hear you. This happens to me daily and today was my last attempt at ordering here

- TATiffany AliceaMay 2, 20231.0Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I’m a teacher in the area and you know we rely on our coffee to get us through the day….and this location can never ever get it right. Now I know Dunkin isn’t the best coffee out there but they can never get the order right! Don’t get me started on how many times I bit into hash brown’s that were still frozen. And even when I would voice my grievances I was welcomed with dumb faces as if they didn’t understand what I was saying which was weird because I know they fully can. I have literally given up on this location.
