When I complained they tried to add some some choco powder and and pass it off. I was so disappointed by the taste that I left the drink at the counter. Asked the guy, what are their options for hot drinks. He behaved like he couldn't be bothered to answer. Half the time i couldn't hear him, half the time he was busy rolling his eyes. I have been to multiple dunkins. But this by far the WORST out of all the dunkins and restaurants I have been to in general. The actual rating should be -1 instead of just 1. Unfortunately that option is unavailable.

It’s the only Dunkin’ Donuts in the area and it will make so much more money if people get it together.
