The convenience of ordering ahead and coming and pick up your order is not happening here at this Dunkin donut. I have ordered ahead 2 times too many to have to still wait on my order as if I had came into the restaurant. This is a huge inconvenience to people who work at the hospitals who wants to order ahead so they can quickly get back to their respective departments. I will no longer be patronizing this Dunkin.
