I waited an excessive amount of time, it felt like a century, due to the staff making multiple, careless mistakes on the order ahead of me. The peak of unprofessionalism was when the employee responsible left the counter laughing as his shift ended. To top it off, my simple sweet coffee order was first forgotten, and when I finally received it, it was incorrectly made full of sugar, despite my explicit request for none. The incompetence and lack of accountability at this location are shocking.
