Last time I went, they took my order and didn't have what I asked for after I paid and waited. The time before that it took 15 minutes for a toasted bagel with butter and jelly and a coffee. Why? Because they like serving customers first that only have drinks and making those with food wait much longer bc they're making drinks for customers that came after me. The food is disgusting period. Donuts are fairly tolerable. All Dunkin's are becoming less tolerable in a lot of ways.

After I placed my order, another customer accidentally took my iced coffee and drank from it. They were kind enough to alert the staff to their mistake. However, I was shocked to overhear the manager—an older lady in a hijab—instruct her staff to simply pour out the remaining drink and refill the same used cup to serve to me. This cup had been drunk from by a stranger and had a straw hole in the lid. I had to intervene and specifically request that they use a new, clean cup. While they complied after I spoke up, the initial decision to reuse a contaminated cup is a major violation of basic health standards. This is not only unhygienic but also dangerous. I strongly advise other customers to watch their orders being made here, as I'm concerned this cost-saving practice may not be an isolated incident.
