I waited and asked if my food was ready and they told me to wait while it had been sitting there behind the counter all while they're giving everyone else their food. 8 asked 2 twice and finally got it. My bagel was cold and me tea wasn't hot anymore. The last time before this time the service was better.

They were rude and kept giving attitude but I ignored it because I understood it was my fault. However when I asked if it was possible to get my drink remade, they were rude and refused saying it’s my fault and I used points so it’s against store policy, I work at dunkin and it is not… I understand if the answer is no but the rudeness and attitude is uncalled for when I was trying to be polite and kind about the situation, just my two cents on their service.
