- MSMelissa SimonFeb 9, 20261.0Very disgusting customer service. The employee was so rude to the staff and customers. She was walking around dirty had pads hanging out of her sweater pocket. JUST DISGUSTING! I did a mobile order and got to the location in about 10 minutes. When I got there it wasn’t ready and the store was EMPTY! I stood there for about 5-7 min to give it time before asking if it was ready and she immediately got upset as if I had no reason to ask. She was to busy yelling at another employee she couldn’t do her job to prepare my order. When I notified her that I would be calling corporate for her attitude she said she didn’t care and that she didn’t need the job. She was so disgusting, not just in appearance but attitude as well. When she finally made my coffee she slammed it on the counter and walked off after I had to ask twice. I was in the store for a total of 23 min waiting on this order. After this entire fiasco the coffee she didn’t add my sweetener so she just added coffee and milk which I immediately got upset stomach because I am lactose. The hash browns both my mom and I started throwing up. I couldn’t eat anything else because I immediately grabbed the bad to throw up after tasting the hash browns and threw up all over everything else. TERRIBLE LOCATION NEEDS TO BE CLOSED OR NEED NEW STAFF. VERY DISAPPOINTED

YOU HAVE TO SAY LIKE 3 TIMES THE SAME THING AND THEY CHOOSE TO IGNORE YOU. THEY ACT LIKE WE GET THE STUFF FOR FREE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE PEOPLE...THEY SHOW NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS
