For 5 years since I moved to this neighborhood I have been getting my coffee every day on this location and I loved going there until this new lady started. A real nightmare. I went there with my kids and she makes 3 times my coffee wrong and does not apologize but instead of apologizing I have to wait another 45 min while she pretends she is cleaning or doing something. I have been tolerating this for almost 2 weeks but it came to a point that I cant give up to my fav place for a lady that should not be there. My husband quit going there already. When I asked for a manager they directed me to her. I asked her to give me an email or phone number of the person above her she said go on website. I call the number on website for this location nothing goes through. Whoever is on charge please contact me back and I will give you all the details regarding this lady. I am manager myself and I never complain but this passed every limit that I could get.
