I ordered at the kiosk, received my receipt, and waited far longer than usual--only to be told my order didn't exist. When I showed my receipt, I was met with disbelief, gaslighting, and racial profiling. The staff questioned my integrity instead of resolving the issue. What hurt most wasn't just the poor service, but the lack of empathy, accountability, and cultural awareness. I share this hoping it prompts reflection and change.

I asked for a black decaf coffee, hot. The cashier said they didn't have it, pointing at the machine while talking to another employee. I saw lots of decaf beans in the container. I was like, okay then how about iced. He was like okay. All this communication had to be repeated a couple of times. Then he proceeded to give me cup of lukewarm black coffee in a paper cup?! I was like, can you put ice in there? he seemed to be really bothered by my request to get the order right...and just ignored me. I went to the pick up area to wait while they also made a sandwich and hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were mushy and lukewarm. The sandwich was messily put together. The tables were dirty. The floor was full of crumbs. The loud music from their phones were annoying. I was going to eat there but just left.
