- LLLFOct 9, 20251.0Every time I come in here it’s something different. This is the worst and most inconsistent Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They’re out of this, they’re out of that. They can’t do this for you, they can’t do that- even if they did it the last time. I usually ask for a small in a medium cup with extra ice, something every single other Dunkin has done for me, and sometimes they’ll do it and sometimes they’ll literally yell that they don’t do that. Frozen drinks come melted. Food orders are messy. Even if there’s no line, I wait 5 min for someone to take my order, and most of the time it isn’t correct. The ladies behind the counter are always rude.
